Returns and Refunds
If all or part of your order is not to your satisfaction, the following may be arranged:
- the Buyer, if within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods, may return the merchandise as guaranteed by Law (in accordance with Articles 52 et seq. of the Consumer Protection Code);
Once the contractual termination period has elapsed, returned products shall not be accepted.
All products must be returned to LKC PHARMA in such a manner as to allow such goods to be resold (products in perfect condition including original packaging, accessories and instructions). We shall reserve our right to weigh the quantity of the product so as to verify that such product has not been used. The refund of products purchased with a discount shall be that of the price paid at the time of purchase. LKC PHARMA has adopted the following return policy:
- Returns by mail/courier
To return products by mail/courier, it shall be sufficient:
- Fill out the Returned Goods Form, available online, indicating precisely the product(s) you wish to return and, for each of such, the reason for returning them. The form may be downloaded from our website and attach to the returned products.
- Product(s) must be shipped back in the same packaging as they were sent in. If this is not possible, please pack the product(s) carefully to avoid any problems or damage during the return process.

Please note that we shall not accept packages sent at the expense of the recipient. Do not forget to indicate on the return form all the information necessary for the refund. In particular, be sure to include e-mail address and telephone number. If the Buyer or Recipient of the order cannot prove the package was delivered directly to the courier service, all risks associated with the return of the product(s) shall be the responsibility of the Buyer or Recipient of the order.
Only then will you receive a refund equivalent to the invoiced amount of the returned products. If you have provided us with an e-mail address, you shall receive an e-mail confirming the registration of your return. The refund shall be paid within a maximum of 30 days from the date of receipt of the returned products.
