SHIPPING TERMS
As soon as payments are authorized, orders will be processed within 5 working days.
From that moment, the delivery by the courier generally takes place within the terms indicated below:
1-3 working days for Italy
3-5 working days for Europe
5-15 working days for outside Europe
Delivery times are ONLY INDICATIVE. They do not depend on the seller and may vary for areas difficult to reach or for unforeseen circumstances or force majeure.
DESTINATIONS AND SHIPPING COSTS
Shipments are made all over the world, except for countries which may have adverse government regulations.
Shipping costs are shown in shopping cart before orders are confirmed.
SHIPMENT STATUS
Upon shipment, an email shall be sent specifying the order number. For any information or corrections to placed order, please contact us via email at: shop@lkcpharma.com.
Payments
METHODS OF PAYMENT
On www.lkcpharma.com it is possible to choose from three different methods of payments: Credit Card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express), PayPal and Bank Transfer. For those using credit cards, LKC PHARMA has chosen PayPal’s electronic payment system. To ensure maximum security, payment transactions are made directly on the bank’s secure server. So, customer credit card numbers are not saved on the LKC PHARMA website and the data remains exclusively in the PayPal system.
PayPal uses the SSL standard to secure the data shared between PayPal and your browser.
BANK TRANSFERS
In the event of advanced payment via bank transfer, the amount ordered by the customer shall be kept until receipt of the transfer for up to 5 days, maximum.
